We set sail from Buenaventura at about 9:00 a.m. I begin the day with a good breakfast and a hot bath to clean up, and finish the day with a good dinner and yarn with the captain and officers. This is a great way to finish the first half of my trip. Adios, South America! It’s been 270 days and 9,300 miles.
